NO WARRANTY: All performance tuning and hardware installations are provided “AS-IS.” Dynomite Performance Tuning provides NO WARRANTY, express or implied, regarding the longevity of engine components, drivetrain, or electronics. Performance tuning increases stress on vehicle components; mechanical failure is a risk assumed entirely by the Customer.

OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: Our tuning services are designed and intended strictly for closed-course competition and off-road use only. They are not intended for use on public roads or highways.

EPA & EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE: The Customer acknowledges that certain modifications may violate local, state, or federal emissions laws (including EPA regulations). It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the vehicle remains compliant with the law. Dynomite Performance Tuning does not offer “delete” services for emissions equipment on street-legal vehicles.

RISK OF USE: We are not responsible for any fines, impoundments, or legal penalties incurred by the Customer.
4. DATA SECURITY & SHARING
We implement industry-standard security to protect your data. We share information only with:

Tuning Partners: (e.g., HP Tuners, Cobb, etc.) as required for licensing your vehicle’s VIN.

Legal Authorities: When required to comply with a subpoena or valid legal process.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Data Retention: We retain vehicle logs for as long as necessary to provide support or as required by our internal data retention policies for liability protection.
