Build your 2006–2023 5.7, 6.1 or 6.4 HEMI car with a plug-and-play, drop-in returnless fuel system. Pre-made wiring simplifies installation and reduces time spent building a custom harness.
PWM Pump Control
The kit uses a standalone pulse-width controller with supplied standalone fuel-pressure and MAP sensors. Pump output follows demand, without relying on a boost switch to activate additional pumps. At idle and cruise, pumps operate at approximately 20–25% duty cycle, helping reduce fuel heating and unnecessary pump operation.
Choose Your Pump Configuration
- Standard two-pump kit: $2,249.95.
- Kit with third-pump upgrade: $2,849.90 — a $599.95 upgrade.
The supplier rates the standard two-pump kit to support over 1,000 WHP on E90. Actual fuel capacity depends on fuel, fuel pressure, vehicle configuration and operating conditions. The kit can be upgraded to a third pump as power requirements grow.
