Build for big power with a plug-and-play dual-pump drop-in returnless fuel system for 2006–2023 5.7 / 6.1 / 6.4 HEMI cars — $2,249.95. Pre-made plug-and-play wiring simplifies installation. A standalone PWM controller uses the supplied fuel-pressure and MAP sensors to control pump output, rather than relying on a boost switch to activate additional pumps. At idle and cruise, pumps operate at approximately 20–25% duty cycle, helping reduce fuel heating and unnecessary pump operation. The standard two-pump kit is rated by the supplier to support over 1,000 WHP on E90; actual capacity depends on the application and operating conditions. Upgradeable to a third pump if future power levels require more fuel volume. Fuel-system hardware is separate from tuning. Existing upgraded systems require verification; other applications require a separately quoted system. Optional third-pump upgrade adds $599.95, for a complete configured kit price of $2,849.90.
Optional sound request: pops, bangs or flames $100. Subject to exhaust setup and application review. A signed liability waiver may be required.
Ghost Cam tuning requests are subject to vehicle and exhaust setup review. Requests may be declined if catalytic converter heat is a concern. A signed liability waiver may be required.
2005–2023 in-house cam-package installation labor: $3,650. Includes fluids and custom engine/transmission tuning. No other parts are included. PCM unlocking is an optional additional $250 selection. Selected parts and applicable parts tax are additional. Fluids use the shop-supplies billing setup; installation labor is billed separately.

8HP70 converter: $1,495.95 + $550.00 core charge = $2,045.95 total. Each stall option includes the core charge. Applicable tax and shipping are additional. Choose the RPM stall for your 5.7 / 6.4 application.
Parts-only orders: $29.99 per quart. Fluids are included with the in-house installation labor package; do not add them again.

Build Your Own 5.7 HEMI Package

Choose your vehicle and model year, then build your own combination of camshaft, supporting engine parts, headers, tuning, and fuel-system options. This listing covers both non-VVT and VVT 5.7 HEMI applications. Parts must match the actual engine and vehicle configuration.

Choose your parts and services

Select the camshaft and supporting parts you need, including lifters, valve springs, pushrods, gaskets and head bolts, cam and crank bolts, oil pump, intake, and thermostat bypass plate. VVT lockout kits apply only to VVT engines. Header choices vary by car, fourth-generation/Ram Classic, or 2019+ six-lug Ram (DT) application.

Choose custom engine and transmission tuning, an RTD device and credits, and additional fuel options as needed. RTD devices do not include tuning, PCM unlocking, or gateway bypass hardware. RTD support starts with 2011 models. E85 requires the correct fuel-system hardware and additional tuning.

Complete installed cam package — $6,850

The installed package includes your selected camshaft, head gasket set and bolts, Hi-Rev non-MDS lifters, hardened pushrods, high-volume oil pump, MDS plugs, thermostat bypass plate, cam and crank bolts, applicable VVT lockout, required shop supplies, fluids, and custom engine and transmission tuning. Choosing a camshaft does not increase the base package price. Required upgrades for the selected cam are additional.

Valve springs are not included. Add Hi-Rev valve springs and installation for $675 total.

Cold air intake, long tube headers, PCM unlocking ($250 when required), stall converter, fuel-system upgrades and other selected options are additional. Labor is a separate non-taxable line item; applicable parts tax is additional. Installed packages include base engine/transmission tuning and fluids.

Header options

Car long tube headers are $999.95 for parts only; installation labor and custom mid-pipes are additional.

Long tube headers installed with the complete cam package add $1,150, including headers, custom mid-pipes and additional installation labor. The standalone installed header package is $3,450 and includes headers, custom mid-pipes, labor, PCM unlocking and custom engine tuning. No tax on the standalone installed header package. Transmission tuning is optional and additional.
